Bad Issue
Ok- I have owned Guild Wars for the past year and a half. I have created very nice characters and reputable stats. However, This morning when i logged in, i realized my information could not be logged in. I tried and tried and finally logged in. However, I noticed that all my characters have been renamed and been deleted.
Examples:
Go Die Fat Kid
I Deleted your Heroes
and so on.
And That was very bad. I started hitting things and got really pissed. Then I deleted all the fake characters and noticed one thing. My Nightfall account wasn't registered on my account. And i was like...? Wtf?
I Did have a registered Nightfall account with my account, because i had a level 20 dervish. Infact, i had the Collectors Eddition. So This started being odd. But before i call Guild Wars Customer support, i need to know some few things.
1. Is it possible to recover my deleted characters?
2. Is it even possible to remove a campaign on a account?
I now realized it must've been a key-logger. And so.. hmm... I ran up AVG and found no results. However, i did have a run-in with a Key-Logger a couple days before i logged in. Please Post ideas and discuss this issue.
I will call Customer support very soon, however, i need some answers first.

Theories:
1) You got hacked
2) You hacked someone else by accident
What to do:
1) Make sure it is your account, if it isn't, you just told anet you hacked someone
2) Contact Support if it is your account
3) Buy NF or a new account (if support doesn't help)

My guess is that you didn't realise you have had your keylogger, and its been sitting on your computer for a long time gathering the info you type in.
1. I don't think so, but even if it is possible only ANet can do it.
2. Nope
Man, that's real bad luck :/ i hope your issue is resolved soon.
And as Obrien said above, if support cant help, its time to start over, or.. quit completely.

Use your brain, how can he accidently type someone elses e-mail into his account name? And on top of that the names are very much something a hacker would leave.

Try to log in again with what your username and password should be, if you don't have difficulties and everything is gone, you got hacked. If everything is back to normal, you hacked on the previous attempt. Good luck.

Update:
Turns out guild wars doesnt have a phone support. So i emailed them. I've figured it was a keylogger. But still doesn't make sense how he removed nightfall from the account.
